Scrupulously trained in Kyoto for more than a decade, John joined Sushi Bar in 2002 where he has worked alongside the master until now.
Caroline is the Executive Pastry Chef for Sushi Bar in LA. Prior to working here, she has also worked at other renowned sushi restaurants.
